Grown just outside Denton, this fresh lemon balm comes from Ladybug Lane Veggies’ thoughtfully managed quarter-acre garden, harvested fresh for the week and handled with care.

What makes it different

Lemon balm is one of those herbs that smells like instant sunshine: soft, citrusy, gently sweet, and a little floral without being overpowering.

It’s part of the mint family, but instead of that sharp classic mint flavor, lemon balm brings a bright lemony lift that’s beautiful in teas, drinks, desserts, salads, sauces, and infused honey. It’s delicate, aromatic, and incredibly easy to use once you start keeping it around.

How we love to use it at home

• Steeped fresh into hot tea with honey

Storage & freshness tips
