Because many of our products are perishable, seasonal, or small-batch, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Missed pickup windows

  • Change of mind

  • Improper storage after pickup

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

If there is an issue with your order (including quality concerns, missing items, or errors) please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery at:

We review concerns on a case-by-case basis and will work to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you believe you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us promptly with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We reserve the right to determine appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or other remedy.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after the weekly cutoff time stated on the Site.
