By accessing or using localmarkethouse.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Overview

The Site is operated by The Local Markethouse LLC. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence.

3. Products & Availability

Our products are seasonal and may vary weekly. Availability is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities

  • Discontinue products

  • Change pricing

  • Correct errors in descriptions

Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Weekly Cutoff

Orders must be placed before the weekly cutoff stated on the Site.

After the cutoff:

  • Orders cannot be modified

  • Orders cannot be canceled

Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers.

5. Pickup, Delivery & Missed Orders

Pickup and delivery windows are communicated at checkout.

If an order is not picked up during the designated window:

  • Perishable items may be donated

  • Shelf-stable items may be held when possible, but storage is not guaranteed

Missed pickups are not eligible for refunds.

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be paused, modified, or canceled prior to the weekly cutoff. Subscription pricing and availability may change at any time.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee all content is complete or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site:

  • For unlawful purposes

  • To violate laws or regulations

  • To transmit malicious code

  • To interfere with Site functionality

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Local Markethouse LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products purchased.
