Ann buys from trusted sources, prioritizes organic ingredients when possible, and is meticulous about cleaning her workspace, equipment, and bakeware to help guard against cross-contact. She is also known to test an unreasonable number of ingredient brands until a recipe tastes exactly the way she believes it should.
