Bagel chips are one of the newest additions to Violet’s growing menu, joining the East Coast-style bagels and scratch-made spreads she produces from her Flower Mound cottage bakery. Violet handles every part of the business herself and approaches each product with the same patience and attention she has used to refine her bagels over the years.

Her products are made with high-quality ingredients selected for both sourcing and performance, including a combination of organic and conventional, non-GMO, and traceable options. She intentionally works with family-owned, farmer-owned, and member-owned suppliers whenever possible.

What to expect
