Sourcing & practices

Beaty Farms’ cattle are born and raised in Aubrey on land the family has worked for more than 150 years. Their Brangus genetics—⅝ Angus and ⅜ Brahman—combine the marbling and tenderness of Angus cattle with the hardiness of Brahman.

The cattle spend the majority of their lives grazing wide-open pastures that are rotationally managed to encourage healthy forage and reduce overgrazing. The family considers soil, pasture, animal health, and the future of the land together when making ranching decisions.

The cattle are grain-finished using a custom feed blend developed with animal nutrition experts. Beaty Farms is certified under the Texas Beef Quality Product Program, and its beef is USDA inspected.
