D’Ann makes her rich syrups with regenerative organic raw cane sugar and organic or homegrown herbs and flowers. This variety pairs lavender with honey, balancing the flower’s distinctive aroma with a softer, more familiar sweetness.

Because it is a rich syrup, begin with approximately half as much as you would use of standard simple syrup. Add more gradually until the flavor is where you want it.

What to expect
