Sourcing & practices

Beaty Farms is a seven-generation family ranch rooted in Aubrey for more than 150 years. Its cattle are born and raised on the family farm, spending the majority of their lives grazing the wide-open pastures surrounding the original Beaty land.

The herd is Brangus—⅝ Angus and ⅜ Brahman—selected to combine the tenderness and marbling of Angus with the hardiness of Brahman cattle. Pastures are rotationally managed to support healthy growth, reduce overgrazing, and maintain the soil and forage upon which the cattle depend.

The cattle are grain-finished for quality and flavor using a custom mix developed with animal nutrition experts. Beaty Farms is certified under the Texas Beef Quality Product Program, and its beef is USDA inspected.

What to expect
