Details

This is your everyday sausage, if “everyday” actually meant thoughtfully raised pork, clean ingredients, and real flavor. Mildly seasoned to let the pork shine, with just enough warmth and depth to make it interesting without overpowering anything on your plate.

What makes it special

→ This is pasture-raised pork.
And that’s a big deal. Most sausage out there is made from pork raised in confinement, with very little transparency around how it’s produced.

Not this.

  • Raised less than an hour from here
  • No hormones or antibiotics
  • Fed a custom, non-GMO feed made specifically for the farm
  • Raised on pasture, with care and intention

From the farm

Sourced through Neu Cattle Co. (the next generation), and raised by Circle N, a 3rd-generation family farm that’s been doing things right since 1947.

They grow their own crops, avoid pesticides, and take a slower, more intentional approach to everything they do. It’s not the fastest way, but it’s the right one.

How to enjoy it

  • Crumbled into breakfast scrambles or tacos
  • Browned and tossed into pasta or red sauce
  • Formed into patties for a classic morning plate
  • Added to soups or roasted veggies for instant flavor
