Important Reservation and Pickup Information

If made available, raw milk will be reserved via localmarkethouse.com on behalf of the dairy and sold directly by the producing dairy to each named customer. The Local Markethouse will coordinate reservations and serve as the designated logistics and pickup location; it will not take ownership of or resell the raw milk as ordinary storefront inventory.

Your name, address, and requested weekly quantity will be shared with the dairy as necessary to document your interest and establish your direct customer reservation if availability is finalized.

In Texas, raw milk must be ordered in advance and will not be available as an unreserved walk-in purchase.
