Circle N’s Pasture-Raised Pork Spareribs are rich, meaty, and made for slow cooking until tender. Each rack averages 2 lbs, with beautiful flavor that comes from pork raised with real care, not shortcuts.
These are ribs for the grill, the smoker, the oven, or whatever version of “pull-apart and pass the napkins” your house does best.

From the farm
Sourced through Neu Cattle Co. (the next generation) and raised by Circle N, a 3rd-generation family farm that’s been doing things right since 1947.
They grow their own crops, avoid pesticides, and take a slower, more intentional approach to everything they do. It’s not the fastest way, but it’s the right one.
How to enjoy it
- Smoke low and slow with your favorite dry rub (O-Face has a great one to test out!!)
- Bake until tender, then finish under the broiler with sauce
- Grill with a simple salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika rub
- Serve with slaw, beans, potatoes, pickles, or anything backyard-dinner-adjacent
