Five pounds of whole pasture-raised chicken wings from Windview Chicken Ranch. Unlike party wings, these remain whole, keeping the drumette, wingette, and tip together for cooks who prefer the full wing or want to break them down themselves.

Sourcing & practices

Windview raises its chickens outdoors on more than 130 acres of Boyd pasture. The birds are moved to fresh ground daily using rotational grazing, giving them ongoing access to forage, grasses, bugs, fresh air, and sunshine.

Their supplemental feed comes from a nearby mill and is non-GMO, corn-free, and soy-free. Windview also raises the birds without antibiotics or growth hormones.

What to expect

A bulk five-pound package of whole wings. Keep them intact for larger portions, separate them into drumettes and wingettes, or reserve the tips for making stock.

How to enjoy them

Grill, smoke, bake, fry, or air-fry with a dry rub or your favorite sauce. The five-pound size works well for gatherings, meal prep, freezer stocking, or homes where a standard package of wings disappears suspiciously fast.
