Details

Plain cheesecake from Sweetie’s Cheesecakes in North Fort Worth.. Hand-scooped into an individual reusable glass jar, this small-batch classic keeps the cheesecake itself front and center; no whipped topping, canned fruit, or extra fuss.

Sourcing & process: Sweetie’s makes every batch from scratch in its licensed commercial kitchen, using local ingredients whenever available and high-quality ingredients when they cannot be sourced locally. Each cheesecake is frozen immediately after it is made to preserve its fresh flavor and texture.

What to expect: Bright, light, and creamy with a buttery crust at the bottom of the jar. Enjoy it exactly as it is, or add fresh berries, local honey, or your favorite preserves. Keep frozen for longer storage and thaw in the refrigerator before serving.

About the maker: Michael and Shannon built Sweetie’s Cheesecakes around the recipe Michael began developing as a teenager more than 40 years ago. Learn more about Sweetie’s Cheesecakes on their Partner Page.
