Details

A long-fermented classic sourdough loaf from Thyme & Dough, made with roasted garlic for a savory, deeply flavorful twist on her traditional sourdough.

Thyme & Dough’s bread is made in small batches using clean ingredients, unbleached flour, and no commercial yeast or dyes. Each loaf is built through a slow sourdough process that takes patience — about 48 hours from start to finish — giving the bread its signature tang, chewy texture, and crisp crust.

The roasted garlic adds warmth and depth without overpowering the loaf, making it easy to pair with soups, pasta, roasted meats, eggs, or a simple dish of olive oil and balsamic for dipping.

Ingredients/process highlights: long-fermented sourdough, small-batch baking, unbleached flour, roasted garlic, no commercial yeast, no dyes. Dairy-free.

Thyme & Dough describes her approach as classic sourdough technique with a whimsical twist, rooted in clean ingredients and baked from the heart.
