Why We Love It

Bee & Brew started long before the coffee did. After finishing his service in the Canadian military, the founder picked up beekeeping as a hobby... which eventually grew into managing around 200 hives and supporting pollination for blueberry and apple orchards in the Northeast. Years later, a small coffee roaster in his grandfather’s village in Italy lit the match for roasting coffee, and Rustic Roast became part of the Bee & Brew story.
