How it cooks

Because of its thin structure, this pasta cooks very quickly. Serves 2-4. 

Boil in well-salted water until just al dente, tender with a slight bite. This one moves fast, so keep a close eye to avoid overcooking.

Reserve a bit of pasta water before draining. It’s the easiest way to bring your sauce together and create a smooth, cohesive finish without weighing the pasta down.
