Origin Story & Identity
We come from five generations of Texas ranching, with cattle raised across multiple counties and landscapes. This started as a way of life and has grown into a focused effort to produce exceptional beef using the same discipline and standards passed down over time.

Fun Fact:
We’re family owned and operated. We stick to traditional ranching practices where they work and bring in modern tools where they improve quality. The goal is always the same: better cattle and better beef.
We raise boutique beef, selecting only the top percentage of our cattle for our direct-to-consumer program.

We stay hands-on through the full process, from pasture to finish. That level of involvement is what allows us to maintain the quality we expect.
Drought, market fluctuations, and changing consumer demand. The challenge is staying consistent through all of it without cutting corners.
Daily Life & Personal Connection to the Work
Working outside, taking care of the land, and raising cattle from calf to finish. Seeing that full cycle through is what makes it worth it.
Keep it simple. Salt, a hot pan or grill, and butter. If the beef is right, it doesn’t need much else.
We’re continuing to grow the ranching and cattle feeding side while refining what we do. The goal is to scale without losing quality and to keep getting better at our craft.
