She sources ingredients from businesses she trusts, choosing organic options when they are available and financially practical. Ann also takes cross-contact seriously, dedicating significant time each week to thoroughly cleaning her kitchen, bakeware, and mixers. If a batch does not turn out exactly right, it does not get sold—family taste-testing privileges aside.
