The vineyard story 

Their Champanel grape vineyard isn’t a quick project. It’s nearly two decades of cultivation, learning, pruning, and refining how this variety shows up in a jar.

Champanel grapes carry a flavor profile similar to the Concord many of us grew up with: nostalgic, bold, distinctly “grape.” But this version is naturally less sweet, more nuanced, and layered with subtle depth.

It’s familiar.
But grown up.

What makes it different

These grapes are grown on their land in Valley View using a minimally invasive approach: no insecticides, no synthetic fertilizers, and full acceptance of nature’s rhythm.

They don’t force uniform harvests.
They don’t engineer sweetness.
They let the vineyard speak.

And because the fruit starts on property (not in a truck!) the jelly tastes rooted and specific.
