This is the only dairy in all of Texas producing ice cream entirely on site, Circle N Dairy, from the cows they raise to the finished scoop in your bowl. The milk never leaves the farm before becoming ice cream.

That matters.

Most ice cream is built from commodity milk sourced from multiple farms and processed through industrial supply chains.

This begins and ends in one place.

What makes it different

The dairy behind this ice cream has been family-operated since 1947. Their cows are raised:

  • Without hormones
  • Without antibiotics
  • Without GMO grains
  • On land free from pesticides

They grow much of their own feed (wheat, barley, hay) and operate with a closed-loop mindset, composting manure back into the soil and conserving water.

That rich, full-bodied milk becomes the base of every batch.

Storage & freshness

Keep frozen. Allow to sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping for best texture. Avoid repeated thawing and refreezing to maintain creaminess.
