Lean, beefy, and ready for the grill.

Flank steak is a versatile cut with a pronounced grain and hearty flavor. This smaller package is an approachable size for fajitas, steak salads, sandwiches, stir-fries, and weeknight dinners for one or two people.

Sourcing & practices

Beaty Farms raises Brangus cattle on the same Aubrey land the family has cared for across seven generations.

The cattle are born and raised on the farm, spend most of their lives grazing open pastures, and are grain-finished for flavor and quality. Beaty Farms raises its cattle without added growth hormones, never feeds animal by-products, and does not offer beef for sale if the animal was treated with antibiotics.

What to expect

One flank steak weighing approximately 0.66–0.72 pound.

Flank is relatively lean, with a broad shape and clearly defined grain. Marinating can add flavor, while careful slicing keeps each bite easier to chew.

How to enjoy it

Marinate before grilling, broiling, or pan-searing over high heat. Allow the steak to rest, then slice it thinly across the grain.

Serve in fajitas, tacos, steak sandwiches, salads, noodle dishes, rice bowls, or alongside roasted vegetables.
