Why We Love Them

Circle N raises their cattle on pasture and finishes them with grain grown on site at their own farm in Gainesville, Texas. Their corn is non-GMO, not heavily sprayed, and part of a much bigger relationship between the cattle, the crops, and the soil.

This is grain-finished beef done in a completely different way. The corn used to finish these patties is grown right there at Circle N, creating a thoughtful, symbiotic system where the land feeds the animals, the animals support the farm, and the whole cycle helps build healthier, more resilient soil. It’s regenerative, practical, and incredibly cool.

These patties come ready to thaw, season, and cook, making them a convenient option for weeknight dinners, backyard cookouts, and quick lunches.
