Live Sourdough Starter (glass jar)

A live sourdough starter from Thyme & Dough, made for customers who want to start baking real sourdough at home.

This active starter comes from the same hands-on sourdough process behind Thyme & Dough’s small-batch baking: long fermentation, clean ingredients, unbleached flour, and no commercial yeast or dyes. It’s a living culture, so it will need to be fed and cared for, but with a little patience, it can become the base for homemade sourdough loaves, pizza dough, crackers, pancakes, and more.

Each jar includes a portion of active starter plus simple care instructions to help you feed, maintain, and bake with it at home.
