This is a signature microgreen salad blend, grown for The Local Markethouse by Mountain Creek Ranch. Each week brings a slightly new mix, typically a vibrant combination of turnip, mustard, radish, and speckled pea shoots, but always thoughtfully balanced for flavor, texture, and color.

Our 5-year-old is obsessed. If it’s in the fridge, it’s going in her school lunch.
