Dryad Grove grows gourmet mushrooms like oyster, lion’s mane, and chestnut varieties using clean, natural cultivation methods - no pesticides, no unnecessary additives, just carefully controlled growing conditions and simple hardwood-based substrates.

Dryad Grove is a family-run mushroom farm that began after the family discovered wild oyster mushrooms growing on a tree near Lake Weatherford and decided to try growing their own. What started as curiosity quickly grew into a thriving mushroom operation serving local markets and the community.
