Sourcing & practices

Windview raises its chickens outdoors on more than 130 acres of North Texas pasture and moves the flock to fresh ground each day. The birds can hunt and peck for bugs and grasses while living in the fresh air and sunshine.

Their supplemental feed is sourced from a nearby mill and is non-GMO, corn-free, and soy-free. The chickens are also raised without antibiotics or growth hormones.

What to expect

Twenty jointed wing pieces: 10 meatier drumettes and 10 flatter wingettes. The smaller, separated pieces create plenty of exterior surface for seasoning, browning, crisping, and sauce.

How to enjoy them

Bake, grill, smoke, fry, or air-fry before tossing with buffalo sauce, barbecue sauce, garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper, honey mustard, or a dry spice rub. Ideal for game day, parties, appetizers, or an extremely hands-on dinner.
