Details

Pasture-raised Ground Pork from Veteran’s Liberty Ranch. Packaged in convenient one-pound portions, this richly flavored pork comes from the ranch’s mix of Mangalitsa and Kune Kune pigs—heritage breeds known for their marbling, natural tenderness, and exceptional flavor.

Sourcing & Practices

Veteran’s Liberty Ranch’s pigs roam on pasture and are supplemented with soy-free organic feed to support balanced nutrition and healthy growth. Their Mangalitsa and Kune Kune breeding brings added richness and marbling to an incredibly versatile freezer staple.

What to Expect

Juicy, savory ground pork with more richness than standard grocery-store pork. Its balanced fat and natural marbling make it especially useful for recipes where you want plenty of flavor without needing a long cook.

Use it for breakfast patties, meatballs, burgers, dumplings, lettuce wraps, pasta sauce, meatloaf, chili, tacos, stuffed peppers, or homemade sausage blends.

How to Use

Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Brown it in a skillet for crumbles, shape it into patties or meatballs, or combine it with ground beef for burgers, meatloaf, and sauces.

Cook ground pork to an internal temperature of 160°F as measured with a food thermometer.
