Sourcing & practices

Beaty Farms’ cattle are born and raised in Aubrey on land the family has cared for across seven generations. The Brangus herd is ⅝ Angus and ⅜ Brahman, combining the marbling and tenderness of Angus with the hardiness of Brahman cattle.

The animals spend the majority of their lives grazing wide-open pastures, which the family rotationally manages to reduce overgrazing and encourage healthy pasture growth. They are later grain-finished using a custom blend created with animal nutrition experts, with ingredients chosen to support balanced nutrition and finished beef quality.

Beaty Farms is certified under the Texas Beef Quality Product Program, and its beef is USDA inspected.

What to expect

Three preformed patties totaling one pound, giving you approximately one-third pound per burger. They offer the convenience of ready-made patties while still carrying the story and flavor of locally raised Brangus beef.

How to enjoy them
