Texas Pecan Torrone — Italian Nougat (gluten-free)

Soft, chewy Italian-style nougat made by aerating a honeyed syrup into a light confection and folding in toasted pecans. The result is delicately sweet and nutty with the characteristic tender pull of traditional torrone. Made in small batches with thoughtfully sourced ingredients; a slab can take up to 48 hours to create and fully cure.
