Big steak flavor in a smaller, weeknight-friendly cut.

Tri-tip has a hearty beef flavor and a satisfying texture that works equally well served as a steak or sliced into tacos, salads, sandwiches, and rice bowls.

Sourcing & practices

Beaty Farms raises Brangus cattle chosen for the marbling and tenderness associated with Angus cattle and the resilience of Brahman cattle.

The cattle are born and raised in Aubrey, graze rotationally managed pastures for most of their lives, and are grain-finished for flavor and quality. Beaty Farms follows the USDA All-Natural standard, participates in the Texas Beef Quality Producer Program, and has its beef USDA inspected.

What to expect

One individually packaged tri-tip steak in your selected weight range. This is a comparatively lean, flavorful cut with a substantial texture and a grain that changes direction across the steak.

How to enjoy it

Season generously and grill, broil, or pan-sear over high heat. Allow the steak to rest before slicing thinly across the grain.

Serve with roasted potatoes and vegetables or use the sliced steak for fajitas, tacos, sandwiches, salads, and meal-prep bowls.
