A small filet for the nights when you want something special without cooking a full steakhouse-sized portion.

These petite tenderloin filets offer the tenderness of one of beef’s most prized cuts in a quick-cooking size. Enjoy one as a lighter serving, pair two together for a larger portion, or slice one over a salad, bowl, or plate of vegetables.

Sourcing & practices

These filets come from Beaty Farms’ All-Natural Brangus cattle, raised on the family’s historic farm in Aubrey.

The cattle graze open pastures for most of their lives before being grain-finished for flavor and quality. They are raised without added growth hormones, never fed animal by-products, and are not offered for sale if treated with antibiotics.

What to expect

One petite tenderloin filet weighing approximately 2.08–2.72 ounces.

Tenderloin is known for its fine texture and tenderness rather than heavy marbling, making these small filets especially quick and easy to prepare.

How to enjoy it

Season with salt and pepper, then sear briefly in a hot skillet. Finish with butter, garlic, or fresh herbs and serve with eggs, roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, salad, or crusty bread.

Because these filets are small, watch them closely—they will cook quickly.
